never thought i'd say this, but i think lauren conrad's use of the high-waisted skirt is the best use of the trend, in an indisputably classic way. it pains me to say that agyness has done the look no justice this time around..
Conrad always has the perfect outfit. The simple black tank top perfecty complements the skirt, which should not be outshadowed. Gosh, I wish the Chanel store where I live had that bag. Last time I went they told me they were sold out.
