{ The cooker }

Tried making scandinavian like food the other day (I tasted some once in Ikea). As I couldn't find lingonberry jam at any market here, I replaced it with elderberry jam. The meatballs looked more like meatsquares though.

Intenté hacer comida escandinava el otro día (una vez probé en Ikea y me pareció simple). Reemplacé la mermelada de arándanos por sauco porque aquí no la venden. Las bolas de carne (albóndigas) me salieron más parecidos a cuadrados de carne, pero en fin, mejoraré.

Ahah, great experience!!
I love meatballs, my daddy has a theory about meatballs as a social sign: each country has a different way to do it, it's so funny!

But anyway, it sure looks good!

haha! could be true, meatballs in Peru don't require milk, but the scandinavian recipe said scandinavian meatballs do.
