Paris fashion week. Nobody had re-invented the 40s fashion in such a glam and wearable way, until John Galliano appeared in scene. He's the owner of one of the most amazing minds in this business and did not only pay attention to the usual pieces shown in couture runway shows, he did even better than that: He taught us how lingerie can be shown as any other piece. That's what I love about Paris fashion week, it's never disappointing and always full of surprises. Nadie había reinventado los 40s en una forma tan glamorosa y usable hasta que John Galliano apareció en escena. Es hombre es de lo más talentoso, no solamente se preocupó por aquellas prendas comúnmente mostradas en las pasarelas de alta costura, hizo algo aún mejor: nos mostró como también es posible lucir prendas tipo lencería como lucimos cualquier otra pieza. La semana de la moda de Paris nunca decepciona, está siempre llena de sorpresas.

Not one of my favorites, but still good, though I preferred Galliano this year !
I love this collection, it's like a glamorous modern re-imagining of the forties.
Normally, I'm not one to fret about the makeup and hair, but I love how chic and classic all the models look in this one.
